Getting ready for your workshop visit

  1. Tell us about your bike

    Describe your bicycle and the problem. For an e-bike, please include the motor manufacturer and model.

  2. Clarify the work and cost

    Choose a service package or ask about a specific repair. Ask us to confirm any additional work and replacement-part costs beforehand.

  3. Discuss timing

    Ask about current availability and a suitable collection time. Repair duration depends on the work needed and parts availability.

All prices include labour; parts extra. Repairs outside the packages are charged fairly by time.

Before you visit

Practical answers about servicing, repairs and test rides.

Do I need an appointment for the bike workshop?
No, you can visit during opening hours without an appointment. To plan a repair, we recommend sending a WhatsApp message or calling first. A walk-in visit does not mean the repair will be completed immediately.
Do you repair bikes purchased from another shop?
Yes. You can bring your bicycle to us even if you did not buy it from Rad Greißler. If you are unsure, tell us about your bike and the work you need before visiting.
How much does a bicycle service cost?
Our packages cost BASIC €59, SILVER €99, GOLD €169, PLATINUM €289. Labour is included; replacement parts cost extra. The e-bike add-on costs €25; please check support for your motor system first. The package overview lists the work included.
How long does a bicycle repair take?
Timing depends on the problem, the parts required and the workshop’s current workload. Send us a description or call so we can discuss an estimated timeframe for your bike.
Can I bring my e-bike in for a service?
Yes, you can enquire about e-bike servicing. Please include the bicycle brand and the motor manufacturer and model. We will clarify whether diagnostics, software updates and a battery check are possible for your particular system.
Can I test ride a bicycle before buying?
Yes, test rides are available. Ask about the model and frame size you are interested in so we can confirm availability with you.

Find us at Schlachthausgasse 8, 1030 Vienna, near the U3 Schlachthausgasse station. Opening hours: Monday – Friday 10:00–17:00, Saturday 10:00–15:00, Sunday closed.
